Opera Roles Allen has performed:
Assan, the glasscutter, in 'The Consul' by Gian Carlo Menotti
Luiz, the long lost prince, in 'The Gondoliers' by Gilbert & Sullivan
Almaviva, the treacherous Count, in 'The Marriage of Figaro' by W. A. Mozart
Figaro, the wily barber, in 'The Barber of Seville' by Gioachino Rossini
Don Giovanni, the ultimate Ladies Man, in 'Don Giovanni' by W.A. Mozart
Title role in Die Fledermaus
Count Danilo Danilovitsch in The Merry Widow by Franz Lehar
He also performed a couple of songs from Gilbert and Sullivan in a performance with the Tucson Youth Symphony Orchestra and the Ronstadt family (Linda Ronstadt). And he performed in a musical play about Ira Gershwin, including singing "Bess, You Is My Woman Now" (I asked him why he didn't perform the violin part, too, but he said he didn't have time to practice!)
