        Sara,

        For most women, at some point in time it becomes easier. It still hurts sometimes, but it becomes bearable. You have suffered a loss.. a real one, and it takes sometime to grieve and work through that loss. Give yourself permission to do so. Coming here is a good first step.
        You should know your feelings are quite common, and that you do not have to go through them alone.

        Some women find it helpful to create a memorial of some sort when they are ready. Some create online memories while others plant something, donate to a charity, or put together a scrapbook or album of thoughts. A friend created a list of things that were helpful to her. I will ask permission to post them tomorrow.
