Dearest Becky, I sat here just now reading your post thinking to myself,"I know exactly how you feel." My abortion was done when I was 17. I am 34 now. My boyfriend did not want to talk about it either. I resented him so badly because this was what I did not want. I wanted him to marry me and have the child but that was not what he wanted and he got his way. He always got his way. Your just going through this. There is alot more to come for you. I know what will happen because I have been there. The emotions and feelings are usually the same for most post abortive women. I just want you to know that you are not alone. Your feelings may intensify as time passes. Don't try to carry the burden all by your self. Come back here and post whatever you are feeling or email me if you wish. In the end you will learn to deal with it but you'll never forget. You just learn not to let it consume you.
