I will continue to look. I haven't found any specific medical information that states how long one should wait.
I would imagine 6 months is sufficient, especially if it was a first trimester abortion. I would probably recommend a physical workup and slightly more careful monitoring.
I will keep looking to see if I can find anything more specific.
