Sabrina, tell your parents and go get medical attention. You risk desease, infection, the abilty to ever have children and your life. If you are having these problems then your parents will find out anyway. Wouldn't
you rather tell them on your own terms rather than have a doctor tell them after you have collapsed in school?
What's done is done but it is not worth risking your life over to keep it a secret.
