You have been sadly mistaken. I suggest you review some scientific medical sites regarding fetal development. The heart begins beating on or a little before the 4th week of pregnancy. Also, at 10 weeks, major organs are formed but this does not mean they are fully functioning yet. I see where you're coming from but the bottom line is that abortion denies someone of the basic right to life, which they should be entitled to. You can change the words around and try to sugar coat abortion but the truth is that when people have abortions, they are speaking for these innocent unborn lives and giving them no choice/chance. Yes, maybe you were in a tough situation and thought abortion was best. However, think about how many people cannot conceive a child...yet they are being killed and sucked down tubes like inconvenient pieces of trash. Who are we to judge who should live or die? Think about how many people haven't grown up in the best circumstances, yet they have gotten support and are glad to be alive. Abortion is a copout. How dare you feel that abortion is the "best" thing for an innocent life? Also, people may feel relief after an abortion initially, but the reality of what they did usually hits them later in life. People have become way desensitized and it's sad. The value of human life should not be determined based on one's size, place of existence, or stage of development. You can try to fool yourself but the truth remains...abortion kills an innocent life.
